Very pleased with service over last 20 months. One hour delivery window really helpful and drivers very prompt, helpful and cheerful. Substitutions really are very rare. I am coeliac and having spent time comparing various competitors decided Ocado had best range of gluten free products that I like. In the rare event of needing to speak with someone it is easy to get though and speak with a real person.
