In my last shopping I received a jar where the lid wasn't closed properly and the seal was slightly lifted so I called customer service, I was on the phone only a few seconds before a I was connected to an operator which I thought exceptional nowadays. Normally I can't think of any thing worse than having to phone a customer service. This was very quick and smooth, well done Ocado! The person I spoke too was very pleasant and polite, he listened to what I had to say and took my complaint very seriously. Without hesitation he said he would file my issue and refund me and send me a voucher. It all didn't take more than 10 minutes. I was very satisfied.
