Very Reliable. On rare occasions when delivery delayed because of weather or major traffic problems,I have been warned by phone. 1 hour time slot much better than 2hrs. Excellent range of goods and high quality stuff available. I started using Ocado primarily for their Waitrose produce which at that time was not available where I live. Not the case now but I still find Ocado has the widest range for food & groceries home delivery. Orders always correct. Except when I have a daft moment. Web site fast and reliable, Unavailable items (except for a very few products which I think are mythological) significantly less of a problem than other supermarket home delivery outfits. Damaged or substandard goods - rare - I have always had my money back. Drivers always helpful and courteous, and usually good natured. Most are good enough at customer relations to make it seem unforced.
