Last week I was parked up and an Ocado van scraped the entire side of my car and also slightly dented the body above the rear wheel arch. Ocado’s insurance said I can either get it repaired or get the cash value of the repair paid to me. If the garage considers the car a write off would I get the full cash value of the car paid to me?dont want to take resposavilty and need to get my insurnce to sort it
