Ordered a coffee maker as a gift.It was in stock for my delivery slot and I even was emailed my receipt which said nothing was missing.
When my order arrived at 1:30pm the driver just said the coffee maker was missing and I have got to ring Ocardo!!!.
I did and was told they couldn't deliver it until 6:30pm the next day!!! And as a gesture of goodwill they wouldn't charge me for the delivery what a cheek. Offered me a fiver off. Disgraceful why didn't they ring me? I could have gone out in the morning and bought it somewhere else.
I have sent an email to them but no reply. Poor service
