As others seemingly have over the last few days I have experienced sexism from this company.
They have confirmed they no longer have Sex as a protected characteristic in their guidelines. Which goes against discrimination laws, but they don't seem to care. They were incredibly patronising to me on the phone and when i asked for a copy of the phone call recording i was made aware they don't record calls.
Clearly those with a penis are ranked higher that those without.
