I received the most poor service from Ocado today. They failed to deliver my order this morning, rang them and they booked a redelivery for the evening. Only received a quarter of my order and all I could get was sorry! Not even a trial to arrange another delivery for tomorrow morning. I would have taken myself to the shops earlier.
This is not the first time it has happened.
