Ocado delivery has been easy and convenient. The drivers are friendly, unlike some of the drivers for Ocado's competitors. Produce has been fresh and the meat inexpensive but tasty. I have accidentally purchased things that are too small--I wish that there were a way to see the relative sizes based on the pictures (rather than based on grams).
