I was impressed that I was given notice of who and what vehicle was coming to deliver my shopping. The delivery process was pretty smooth and I was happy with the amount of time left on my products before they expired.
However at the weekend I realised one of my packets of bacon had a hole in and the bacon was discoloured as a result. It went in the bin and I was a little annoyed about this.
Overall satisfactory. I will probably use Ocado again.
