First shop - booked for 11-12 noon, rang in at 12.20 as it had not arrived, phone operative said that the driver had been early! She then called the driver who said he'd earlier broken down (hmmm....), but was 2 mins away. 10 mins later he arrived and said that 'someone' should have called us to let us know (they hadn't).
I was very close to missing a flight as a result! Not good I'm afraid.
