Placed an order after being given a voucher code for £15 worth of organic produce none of which arrived when the order was delivered. When we phoned customer services they gave no proper explanation of what had gone wrong. We were offered £15 off our next shop but that does not make up for the annoyance of feeling conned.
Made an enquiry about the order earlier in the day and had to wait on hold for 13 minutes. Not good enough. Thinking of using some other supermarket.
