Booked for October 2020 in Jan 2020. Was told over the phone that the deposit was £250. Covid happened which meant we were forced to rebook or lose everything.
We rebooked to october 2021 but had to cancel. They then told me that i would lose £375 per person so the original sales person lied! I would never recommend or use again, if anyone even mentions about going to Florida i would tell them to avoid at all costs! as we lost almost £2000 with them.
Make sure you read the email as the sales people obviously can't be trusted
