Apart from being ripped off by our car rental during our stay in Orlando, we booked a 6 bedroom Villa for 11 persons through Ocean Florida for 12 days. We had no change of bedding or Towels for duration of our stay, the fridge/freezer did not work properly, there were stains on the couches, wardrobe doors were missing and propped up against the wall, front door lock was faulty, tried to contact maintenance at site and never got a reply, one of the children fell off a stool after it collapsed. Eventually maintenance came around unannounced or without permission or us being on the premises and fixed the wardrobe doors, anything could have happened or gone missing. Too many other little issues to mention. Contacted Ocean Florida on our return and got a reply back from the General Manager with a tone of couldn’t care less attitude to it, offered us a £250 credit note, knowing fine well that we probably would never take it up. They want your money but don’t want to know you if something goes wrong. Would never recommend this company due to their attitude. Jim
