I never received my order so lost approximately £100. Oceans Alive could not care less despite them being responsible for selecting the delivery method which ‘no longer requires a signature’ on delivery.
Customer service was incredibly unhelpful suggesting I file a police report for missing items which of course they know full well is a complete and utter waste of time. Incredibly disappointing and I would never order from them again. I would recommend avoiding this company.
