“Very poor customer service, I purchased a product thinking I was getting 60 capsules only to receive 30. Despite pointing this out I received no compensation or discounts.”

As outlined in our previous email correspondence, the item ordered was the 30 capsule version, which was correctly listed on our website at the time of purchase. We appreciate that the packaging between the 30 and 60 capsule versions is very similar and understand how this may have caused confusion. We also confirmed that a discount code had already been applied to the order prior to checkout. While we’re unable to comment on pricing or promotions offered by other retailers, we always aim to ensure our listings are accurate and clearly displayed. “I ordered Collagen Immune Remedy (300 g), but instead received a completely different product — Collagen Immune Plus (225 g). This is not only a different item but also a smaller size, which is quite disappointing. I expect the seller to resolve this issue promptly — either by sending the correct product or offering appropriate compensation. I hope for a responsible approach to customer service and a quick response. At this point, my shopping experience has been unsatisfactory.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion caused. We did email you on 14th April to clarify that the item you received (Collagen Immune Plus) is the correct product for your order. However, the product image on our website is currently incorrect, as we are awaiting updated imagery from the manufacturer. We understand how this could be misleading and apologise for that.
