“Very happy with the product but there is clearly an issue with the advertising. Some ads say free delivery over a certain amount others say free delivery over £20 purchase. I brought this to the attention of Oceans Alive who kindly refunded my carriage/postage charge -thank you- but it would be much better if this cost was clear in all adverts.”

“great reliable service as ususal, direct purchase from Oceans Alive, not Amazon, although was confused by the shipping coming via Amazon and a company name showed up on the email confirmation of Intelligent Nutraceuticals. Had no idea who they were, so thought was spam. Spent time researching and found others had similar concerns, delivery emails and texts that we have all thought were spam, as no one knew who Intelligent Nutraceuticals was and having ordered direct from Ocerans Alive didn't realise Oceans Alive also uses Amazon to ship its stuff, even if not bought on Amazon. Only after looking carefully, did I find in small type on an email from Ocean Alive 'Shipped by Amazon'. Suggestion: please make the shipping/logistics method more prominent on email invoice and also state if a different name to Oceans Alive will be used when shipping. Thanks.”
