“I have been communicating back and forth with you regarding an issue I am facing when using my reward points. It has not been easy to use your system to redeem the rewards. However, you have been there to answer my messages all the way through now. I have still been unable to use the reward points for reasons I'll still want to know. I hope to see an easy go-through next time I place an order.”

“It was a quick delivery and everything arrived well packaged and in good condition as promised, but I thought the price already included the import charges. I had to pay 27 euros more to release the package.”
