I have been communicating back and forth with you regarding an issue I am facing when using my reward points. It has not been easy to use your system to redeem the rewards. However, you have been there to answer my messages all the way through now. I have still been unable to use the reward points for reasons I'll still want to know. I hope to see an easy go-through next time I place an order.
