“This toothpaste is most pleasant leaving a clean pallette after every use with a fresh, subtle Minty taste. I would continiue buying this product but sadly the price is twice the cost of my usual 'best' quality toothpaste. In order to stay competitive may I suggest the product weight of 85ml be increased and the shipping be reduced to the actual commercial cost.. Many thanks,. Norman..... New customer.”

“I have not yet received my package. It seems to have taken longer than in the past. The order was confirmed on 25/06/2024, almost two weeks ago. I have not received any correspondence since 26/06/2024.”

“I've been using oregano oil for two years now, due to a persistent bladder infection. When I had an issue that my regular supplier was out of stock, I searched elsewhere and came across Oceans Alive. Whilst I was delighted with the speed of delivery and the fact that I now have this on repeat order, I was not so impressed that this is through Amazon, a company I prefer to avoid. I was also a bit upset that there's a delivery charge.”

“I have decided to purchase from Oceans Alive Health due to the discount they have had on the product that i adore, and to see if their delivery was faster then the main source. I have been informed that my parcel will be delivered next day, although it was bank holiday weekend, i wasn't expecting it sooner that 3-5 days. But ot never arrived. After i have raised the issue, they have send it another package, but although the email stated "it was delivered" i haven't received the second parcel either. I am not saying that the company is at fault here, these things happen sometimes. In the end after almost a month, i haven't received the product, and the refund was issued.”

“The product itself o cannot fault and delivery was quick. I could not open the jar of the container. I tried everything .. i googled ideas abd still could not open it. My hands were burning and the paint had come off the lid from trying. I felt silly but contacted the live chat. This is where the 2 stars went This to me was not i live chat as each question took so long that they had to send you a email to say they had reply to the point, I had to email amyway. They did replace the item in the end. Dont think the Live chat shoukd be there if no staff to man it. X”

“Too early to say if the product will work. However, I was taken aback to receive a large plastic bottle with the contents of my order barely covering the bottom of the container. Why use a much bigger bottle than needed which then needs extra packaging to deliver. Perhaps something for you to consider. Perhaps your company could save in materials & costs by only using what is necessary”
