“Great customer service, there was an issue with my delivery - automated address saved incorrect address & so delivery was delayed. Lianne sorted everything out however & went above and beyond to get my parcel posted off - without having to go through refund process as I needed product asap. Very impressive, friendly polite and more than helpful. Great range of products too. Royal Mail a good courier - thanks again!”
