Very disappointing customer service. Placed the order, it gets lost, no update from Oceansalive team. After contacting they confirmed it being lost, offers a refund or replacement order. So I requested replacement order to be sent ASAP as it’s been long. No updates again, I keep asking for tracking number or any information but get told will get an email when order gets dispatched which again takes so much time that I ask for update and eventually ask if nothing can be done please refund. Funnily I always end up chasing and contacting and then get sone reply. Really awful experience!!!
