Very happy with my purchase. I already know about and have bought the products before but I want to share my experience with their customer service.
After making my very first order directly with oceans alive I was very pleased, however, after a few days I realised the parcel hadn't arrived and the tracking details had not been updated. I sent an email explaining everything.
A day or so later I received a response explaining that the parcel was lost in the couriers system, they immediately asked if I would like a full refund or place the order again. I requested a new order but at a different address, the parcel arrived a few days later.
I was very happy with the swift response to the issue and how it was solved I will be using Oceans alive again.
