Customer service agent Lianne was brilliant. My package failed to arrive most likely due to a google autofill leaving out part of the address. Rather than refunding my pay, which I did not want as I would have lost the promotional discount, this agent advised she would track the parcel before the refund would be issued and have it resent. Failing this,she offered to reapply the discount. Brilliant service, efficient and friendly! People with her skills should train other CS agents to this level of support.
