I used to be a customer with British Gas for over thirty years but they couldn’t keep a loyal customer happy. I asked them to match the price same as octopus energy and they refused to match the price. So I told them nicely that I am a number in their eyes and not a loyal customer. Therefore I changed my provider to Octopus Energy and I am happy with my decision. Octopus energy keeps you well informed and helpful in the fuel crisis. Thankyou.
