Criminals. 1. Overcharged me for electricity by over 3,300KwH (approx £1,000) (Dec '22) 2. Refused to accept this and referred me to the Ombudsman (Feb '23) 3. Ordered by the Ombudsman to issue a corrected bill and repay what they owe me, along with an additional £125 (May '23) 4. Have now missed the Ombudsman's deadline (1st June '23) and still have my money, which has depreciated thanks to ridiculously high inflation This is flat out theft. These people belong in jail, not running an energy company.
