I am on Price promise fixed term till 31 Sept 2023
They put my tarrif up last October .
They say im on variable .
Meaning if tarriff goes down I pay less if goes up I pay more
Im not on variable on my account says fixed term .
Ombudsman agrees with them.
Fixed means fixed no words on my account variable .
They have 5.6 million customers.
How many have they done this to.
