Got coned at the door by utilita changed from octopus to utilita biggest mistake I’ve ever made far more expensive said I’d be fitted with new meter and smart meter when I phoned twice conveniently they couldn’t get through to the right department. I phoned octopus this morning have gone straight back to them spoke to Kieran on phone he was professional polite and sorted it in minutes.
