The switch from Bulb was very easy as i didn't have to actually do anything. The emails were written in plain English and the account set up was very simple and access to dashboards was available very quickly. The one aspect that is not quite as clear is the interim 'energy usage' emails which come at a different time to when my payment gets taken and which separate out gas and electric so they can be a bit confusing still as it doesn't give a total usage amount in one email.
