Promise this and that never happens. I have Solar and every month my bill fails to credit me with my export energy .I have to E Mail them to sort it out .They suggested I complete a form about my Meters .I duly obliged they then said I required two new meters and I would be contacted in two weeks to arrange the fitting. This was in February still waiting after several EMAILS stating it would be sorted Asap
