I was always in credit with Shell over the past few years as my bills over the past years show.The Octopus energy took over Shell Energy and never told me the date of take over, never asked for meters readings from cut of day from Shell, done estimate after estimate despite of me sending them my meter readings every month, they have messed up my account and now I'm over £174 in debt. Avoid this company at all cost as they can not be trusted.
