Absolutely awful customer service. Passive aggressive condescending emails masquerading as " trying to help " . Making millions in profit yet pressuring for more money. Its impossible. Sick of patronising responses & low credits to my account for their poor customer service. Had to complain x 4 times since joining them in 2021. Nearly all their TP reviews are fake.
