They inflate massively estimates without relation to very low real time usage. Their staff cannot tell the difference between the two and ignore their own complaints procedure. Make no attempt to return outstanding credits despite changing suppliers. Currently l am owed more than 2000 pounds and am going to go to court. Hedge fund leverage of iinterest free credit from their consumers. Avoid them like the plague.
