Octopus Energy kept telling me that my account was in credit for months then sent me a bill for £1700, which I did not have. Paid some, but not all. They then slapped me a £49 late payment followed by another. Asked to have a smart meter 4 times but they didn't do it. Changing supplier very soon. Keep well away from this shambolic organization.
