I have an Economy 7 meter. I switched to Octopus (Co-op) Energy on the 23rd January. They put me on a single-rate tariff, instead of the dual-rate/off-peak tariff that I signed up for. Despite dozens of emails sent by me, the tariff was not corrected until 30th April. They have refunded the difference to my electricity account, but I wish to have this returned to my bank account. Despite assurances, it is now the 20th May and I have not seen a penny returned to me. They either never reply, or make promises that are never kept. Meanwhile, I am over £550 out of pocket, and I have spent hours trying to resolve via email and via phonecalls.
