Really good company for customer service. In comparison with British gas and Scottish power, octopus energy are far better. Awhile ago they made a mistake, and they admitted it, and gave me a nice lump of compensation that went towards my gas bill. Now British gas all I had was headaches and trouble. I highly recommend octopus energy!
