Do not choose Octopus! I completely agree with all the negative reviews seen here. Absolutely appalling company - got moved to them from Shell (who I never signed up with either!) Was not informed when I transferred. Did not receive a bill for months and now doesn't make sense as they have me registered with two gas meters! I have lived at my property for ten years and been with several energy companies and nothing like this has ever happened before. No one phones back, or makes contact from the UK offices, and problems are not resolved by the South African offices. Absolutely furious and will be moving elsewhere.
