Messed up my account and then put me in arrears.. Every time I made contact to sort it out, I have a different person telling me somethung different.. They phoned me and emailed throughout the day, every day and threatening debt collectors, even though I'd spoken with customer service and explained when monies would be paid. Then added £112 onto my bill, followed by £118 2 days later.
Absolute joke of a company.
