Octopus is the best energy company I have used and I would not now consider any other. Their customer service is excellent; their commitment to the customer, including those suffering hardship, is caring and understanding; their use of renewable energy and of innovative work on sustainability including solar panels and heat pumps, is like no other energy company. I would recommend them 100%.
