I have been playing ping pong emails with Octapus Energy for 6 weeks now. They sent me an email stating ' Your meter is coming to its end of life, smart meter to get fitted." I remember the fires, lack of electrical training so questioned this. I was told " It's a promotion!!!!" On questioning, I've been offered compensation. I don't want money I want honesty. Its a promotion when questioned? How dishonest & deviius can you get to meet government targets. Questions unanswered and told we've offered you money which you don't want so how can we resolve? 7th email sent......answer my questions to resolve......aaaarrrrgggghhh
