I contacted Octopus energy via their app about a query I have regarding the app, it has now been more than 7 weeks and copious emails of shilly shallying and still no answer, they now want to discuss the matter and keep asking for an available time but still don’t get back to me - what a shambles. There is nothing to discuss, I just need a straight answer, I have asked for it to be escalated to a supervisor/manager but to no avail and so it goes on……..
