So decided to think about moving supplier. Heard how wonderful they are on the radio! Went online to get a quote they wanted my yearly usage. Did and estimate with some reading off my current supplier seemed a good price so rang Octupus just to check the quote was right. Was put on hold 4 times! Said I had to be with them for a year before I could share my usage??? So I thought il ring my current supplier for the exact usage. Rang the 'sales" team what a suprise unable to give me an accurate quote but I ha e the correct up to date yearly usage fees, put on hold again! I told him why is the amount given straight away online but ringing up speaking to you with the actual usage amount it's difficult put on hold again whilst he spoke to his manager mumbled some figures for electric ( didn't add up) couldn't do the gas so going to email it to me..2 hours later still waiting. Sooooo glad I didn't sign up 😛
