I was very confused about a bill I received ,I text Octopus and it was sorted immediately by a very kind lady, 3 days later I recieved a beautiful bouquet of flowers from them , so very kind and caring, I would recommend them to all, thankyou so much Octopus. A company that cares ,very rare these days .
