Such a bad experience with this company. Left the property on the 17th May, the week I left they sent me two emails with statements showing my prepayment meter was in credit. I tried to reclaim that credit and after several emails I had to show them the emails they sent me! Went through to Someone else got the refund and now two months later they are trying to charge me a final bill or standard of performance. It was a prepayment meter, I was transferred from bulb - I have never agree’ed or advised to any other scheme, other than paying for my energy usage in advance. Don’t go with these people they are a con!
