Rip off company, had about 800 overpaid in my account, sent a reading every month doing their job for them to keep cost down ( I don't/ won't have a smart meter ,I don't trust these lot).when I asked to have it put back into my account, I was told I missed a reading 6 months back and now had only 48 credit.
