I used to be really happy with Octopus, very responsive to my needs and changing circumstances. But 4 days ago I asked for a £300 balance to be transferred back to my account and as of 2nd September, no confirmation has been received after sending 4 reminder emails. Don't let your balance go over £100 is my recommendation from now on. They will hold it as long as they can.
