I was 700 in credit asked for a refund about 12 weeks ago emailed them
Dozens of times promised to get back to
Me within 48 hrs 😠never happened then my meter readings from
Sept to today changed and also my credit whent from 700 to 81 😠😠😠 and on my account fales meter readings which I got photos of my original meter readings
