I started a contract with Octopus with a direct debit monthly and I always ask them for my monthly usage but they never responded to the request not until recently I was told that we were owing 2,000 which I believe it as a mistake and we were told to wait till after 4 weeks for another review but they still came up with same amount with no breakdown. It is now obvious why they decided not to provide the monthly usage. They are trying to play smart on people. I am not owing you guys a dime and I want to opt out…
