Very bad service. No quality workman. I am staying with my family having a newborn and a toddler. All the problems started after fixing the new boiler system. They will do adequate visits and no results. Around 5+ visits already done. But no results. Even after 2 months from fixing the new boiler the problem is still not resolved. Last time water boiled irrespective of the set temperature and new pipe which they installed leaked. Due to faulty wirings, Shover is not yet connected.They will eat our entire day our rest time. Please please please dont go for Octopus energy. Go for another energy suppliers.
