This company is an absolute nightmare ,I was being overcharged by shell then octopus took over, at first they credited the overpayments and my balance was around £1600 credit so I asked for some of it to be refunded ,my usage over the last month has been coming off the top of balance , bringing balance to £1169 , few week ago got an email sling do I still want refund , offering £75 credit as an apology but when I looked at balance £600 has gone missing loads of reverse charging on account , I have asked multiple times for my bills since September last year , and never got them, so I called them yesterday to get it sorted out and they emails me somebody else’s bills , I only used 1070 units of electric and 370 units of gas, and paid £1910 and the now say my balance -£549 credit ,
