Very poor customer service - pleasant but completely ineffectual. Had been trying for over 2 months to get a full, detailed bill before paying, which customer service staff couldn't manage to provide! After becoming incensed after receiving a threatening email - I have never not paid a bill in my life - I had to insist on speaking to a Manager in order to sort the whole saga out.
Complete lack of communication and initiative which needs considerable improvement.
